To make Chicken Achari in Bangladesh, first, the chicken is marinate in a mixture of yogurt and achari masala. This helps to tenderize the chicken and infuse it with flavor. The chicken is then sautéed in a pan until it is browne on all sides and set aside.

In the same pan, onions, garlic, and ginger are sautéed until they are soft and fragrant. Tomatoes, chili peppers, and additional spices such as cinnamon, cardamom, and cloves are add to the pan and cook until the tomatoes have broken down and formed a thick sauce. The chicken is then add back to the pan and cook in the sauce until it is tender and flavorful.
